Good Morning Friends!!!! Forever His, Friday! You know friends what I actually wanted to say was….”FINALLY Friday!” Does anyone else feel this way?! Seems like with the holiday in the middle of the week and I was off on Monday that I keep thinking everyday was Friday! Seems like we get our routines so messed up with these little things like a holiday in the middle of the week…….And, I have really been in a whirlwind this week with the girls here; what fun for sure, busy, busy especially with Hailey’s shower tomorrow lots to do, got to stay on task, be organized keep the routine going perfectly…….wait a minute…..did I read correctly!!!!!! Just turned my Thomas Kinkade daily calendar and it seems he was shouting at me….”Schedules and routines were made to serve us, not to rule us.” Wow! Think our Heavenly Father had His hand in this one…..Think that I might not only be driving myself crazy, but most likely the people around me….especailly my blessed sweet family….OK, Father…..I think I might get it……a little anyway….let me see…..you want me to calm down…..the piles of laundry will get done, maybe not tomorrow(Saturday laundry) as usual, but they will, and the sheets that didn’t get washed yesterday ( you know Thursday is sheet and towel day)……it’s ok…..Yes Father I know that the shower is priority, after all, not every day an old lady is blessed with a great grandchild…..OK, maybe I will have to skip the Stonewall Parade…You are right Father….it wouldn’t be the end of the world and no one would think less of me….I can still have the candy there for them to throw out and make sure the fire trucks have flags….Yes Father you are right, I would be in much better shape for the shower….oh my what about the kennels I always do big clean on kennels on Saturday……Ok, ok…..I hear YOU Father……As always you are right….I can clean the kennels later….oh good idea, I bet the girls would help me and that would make it much easier! Oh Father, thank you for pulling me from the whirlwinds I create in my life. Help me to slow down and appreciate all the blessings around me instead of worrying what else I have to get done! And Father, please, please help me to do everything to Your glory!!!!! All Praise and Glory to You!!!!
